Human Resources & Office Coordinator

We’re supporting a dynamic healthcare organization in North York in their search for an Office Manager & HR Coordinator to play a key role in both office administration and human resources functions .
This is a fully on-site role — ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of day-to-day operations and contributing to a positive employee experience.
What You’ll Do
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure a well-run office environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, mail and deliveries, and facilities maintenance.
- Liaise with IT providers to troubleshoot systems and support infrastructure.
- Oversee security, access systems, and ensure a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and support special projects to improve operational efficiency.
Human Resources
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
- Coordinate recruitment activities: draft and post job descriptions, screen candidates, and support interview logistics.
- Prepare HR documentation (offers, contracts, policies) and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support payroll administration and benefits coordination.
- Assist with training initiatives, performance reviews, and employee communications.
- Act as a first point of contact for staff inquiries and provide general HR support.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in office administration and/or HR coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR administration practices and employment standards is an asset.
- Proficiency with MS Office; HRIS/payroll experience considered a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Location

- 100% in person – This role requires daily on-site presence.
