We’re looking for a Group Account Director to join our team of over 155 1:1 communication experts who are dedicated to creating incredible work, making our client’s proud, and smashing personal and professional goals along the way. Responsibilities
Accountable for performance and success of the account Building and managing client relationships at the senior level Strategic client leadership (sees the bigger picture and provides strategy, innovative solutions through technology, data, creative) Planning, developing and managing clients’ CRM strategies Overseeing the smooth and successful production of campaigns Leading account team and fostering positive internal cross-agency relationships Taking a proactive approach to anticipating internal and external concerns Proactively identifying new business opportunities leading to organic growth Utilizing your leadership skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
Desired skills & experience
Has 2+ years as a Group Account Director in a CRM agency setting Has 8+ years relevant industry experience Solid understanding of CRM and MarTech tools and platforms The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level Effective team management capabilities Automotive experience is a must A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints Excellent written and oral communication skills Soft Skills Proactive approach to account management Confidence without ego A glass-half-full type – a positive attitude takes you places Focused on every last detail because you get the big picture Eager to question things – there is opportunity in questions Accountable, even when that means highlighting a mistake Eager to make those around you better Always up for a challenge Passionate about advertising Thrives on multitasking
