You are

A self‑driven Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure professional with strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Identity and Access Management, and collaboration services. You bring a hands‑on engineering mindset and are comfortable owning delivery from design through implementation and support.

You have experience engaging directly with business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into secure and scalable Microsoft cloud solutions, and leading technical discussions with confidence. You take pride in your ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

You are passionate about cloud security, identity, and modern workplace technologies, and you continuously look for opportunities to improve platforms, processes, and user experiences.

The work

As a Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients

  • Administer, configure, and optimize:

    • Microsoft 365
    • SharePoint Online
    • Exchange Online
    • Microsoft Teams
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) with a strong focus on:

    • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    • Conditional Access policies
    • Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC)
    • Identity lifecycle and governance
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Microsoft cloud infrastructure and identity projects with minimal oversight

  • Drive technical discussions with business and IT stakeholders, gathering requirements and proposing fit‑for‑purpose solutions

  • Develop and present architecture designs that align with security, compliance, and governance best practices

  • Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365, identity, and access‑related issues in hybrid and cloud‑only environments

  • Collaborate closely with Security, Networking, and Application teams to ensure integrated and secure solutions

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and operational runbooks

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across cloud services, identity platforms, and collaboration tools

  • Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates, security features, and emerging cloud capabilities

What you’ll need:

Basic qualifications

  • 4–5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies

  • Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including:

    • SharePoint Online
    • Exchange Online
    • Microsoft Teams
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)

  • Solid understanding of:

    • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    • Conditional Access
    • MFA, SSO, and identity governance concepts
  • Experience applying cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft defender for end point. Microsoft defender for cloud and data loss prevention (DLP)

  • Ability to independently manage and deliver technical projects end to end

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid or remote model (Toronto‑based role)

Preferred qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications such as:

    • MS‑102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)
    • SC‑300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
    • AZ‑104 (Azure Administrator)
  • Experience working closely with security, risk, or compliance teams

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in a related discipline preferred.

  • Exposure to hybrid identity environments (on‑prem Active Directory integrated with Entra ID)

  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for administration and automation

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, or emerging AI‑enabled Microsoft services

  • Prior experience in a consulting or client‑facing environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
