Responsibilities
Edit a one-hour conference video using multi-camera footage, ensuring a cohesive and engaging narrative. Prioritize the main speaker shot while integrating slides and audience reactions where relevant. Maintain a professional, measured pacing throughout the edit, mirroring the style of leading technology keynotes. Sync audio and video from multiple sources for clarity and consistency. Apply color correction, audio balancing, and transitions to achieve a polished, broadcast-quality result. Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and deliver the final edit within the agreed timeline.
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience editing multi-camera event or conference footage at a senior or expert level. Advanced proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Strong understanding of narrative pacing, visual storytelling, and integrating presentation slides. Ability to work with complex audio and video sources, including crane and mobile camera footage. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, client-ready edits. Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret creative direction. Availability for immediate start and capacity to deliver within a tight deadline. Experience with technology sector events or similar high-profile productions is highly desirable.
