Channel Impact is seeking an Operations Manager, Go-to-Market to join our team. In this role, you will support our client’s HR Go-to-Market (GTM) team by driving execution, governance, and operational rigor. The ideal candidate excels at managing complex programs, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring adoption within established operating models.
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker within the United States or Canada.
What You Will Be Doing:
Portfolio Planning and Prioritization
- Execute and manage the HR GTM operating cadence across Strategic Initiatives, Core Operations, and Discretionary or Exploratory work
- Apply and operationalize enterprise and HR priorities into clear intake, prioritization, and sequencing decisions
- Facilitate planning cycles in alignment with GtM Business Operations guidance to balance demand, capacity, and impact
- Ensure the right level of rigor is applied based on initiative tier and complexity
- Surface tradeoffs, risks and escalation recommendations for GtM Business Operations and GtM Leadership Review
Intake, Governance, and Process Excellence
- Operationalize and manage intake processes that set clear expectations on scope, timelines, and level of support
- Execute establish governance models for approvals, decision rights, and handoffs
- Standardize ways of working across GTM roles using defined tools, templates and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and partner with GtM Business Operations to evolve operating models, and tools
Execution Management and Delivery Enablement
- Track progress against plans, milestones, and commitments across the GTM portfolio
- Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints early and drive mitigation
- Partner with GTM leads to ensure initiatives move from strategy to execution seamlessly within established delivery models.
- Enable delivery velocity while maintaining quality and consistency
- Support flexible delivery models to adapt to shifting priorities without redefining core operating standards.
Measurement, Reporting, and Insights
- Execute and maintain operational metrics that reflect throughput, capacity, cycle time, and effectiveness
- Produce regular reporting from approved systems and sources of truth for GTM leadership and HR stakeholders
- Use data and insights to inform planning decisions and operational adjustments
- Ensure measurement approaches align to initiative tier and effort level as defined by GtM Business Operations & GtM Leadership
Stakeholder Partnership and Leadership Enablement
- Serve as a trusted execution-focused operational partner to senior HR, communications, and GTM leaders
- Reinforce clarity around roles, responsibilities, and engagement models
- Facilitate alignment across matrixed teams and functions
- Communicate operational updates and decisions with transparency and consistency
What You Bring:
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in operations, program management, or go-to-market operations (Required)
- Proven experience operating in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
- Strong track record of designing and scaling operating models and processes
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience supporting HR, People teams, or internal communications organizations
- Familiarity with change management, risk management, and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Experience managing portfolio-level planning and resource allocation
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Strong knowledge of Airtable or alike Project management tools (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or related field
