You will steer workflow, set clear expectations, and be the face that our customers trust. You will lead technicians with respect, quote out entire work orders and make informed and timely decisions. Billing efficiency, effective labor rate, and revenue generation are outcomes that you help drive because you will keep the ball moving and the team aligned.

This job is hard, and not for the faint of heart. Long days and a rapid tempo are on the horizon. Everyone relies on you. Automotive mechanical knowledge or prior service advising experience will absolutely help, though integrity, drive, and respect are mandatory.
We run standard salary weeks at 44 hours, with high volume when work demands it. Our service advisors play a critical role in maintaining communication and building trust. In the automotive location, we service everything from 2-seater cars to service trucks with lift buckets. At Foothills Group, we provide everything from regular preventative maintenance straight through to engine overhauls and steering system replacements.

About Foothills Group Inc.
The vision has always been there, but it has grown exponentially. What started out as a one man show fixing automotive vehicles in a three car garage just a few years ago, has quickly turned into a much larger operation. Moving from a home garage into a building with a 3,300 sq ft shop was a big step towards our goals. With four lifts and the ability to work on seven vehicles in the shop, we rapidly outgrew the space after a year and a half.
We have now moved into an 11,000 sq ft shop and have grown our range of services to include more than just fleet vehicles.
Our name has changed from Foothills Fleet Service to Foothills Group. We have opened three divisions to cater to a broad range of customers, while staying specialized in different fields. Being able to trust your mechanic is paramount, and that is why honesty and ethical service for our customers are our top priorities.
