The Role In a Nutshell

• The Project Coordinator will report to the Project Manager
• Project coordination for a variety of residential renovation projects across all phases of construction, from preconstruction to project close-out
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring budgets, schedules and expectations are met while collaborating closely with Preconstruction and Production teams
• Assist Project Manager with management of key project stakeholders (clients, suppliers, trade partners)
• Assist Project Manager in project administration requirements (maintenance of project schedules, coordination of client meetings, document management)
• Monitor project budgets against actual expenditures, creating reports of internal review

Experience Required:

• Experience: 1–3 years in Project Coordination experience in residential construction or design-build environments
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Buildertrend is a significant asset.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Construction Management or a related field as asset. Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience in construction project coordination will also be considered.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building relationships.
• Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to achieving ambitious company goals. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, willing to think outside the box and understands that they are the builder of their career.
