Role Description The Sales Representative – Multi Family is a part-time, on-site role based at Tile N Style’s Surrey, BC location. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with multi-family developers, designers, and contractors, promoting Tile N Style’s tile and flooring solutions for residential and mixed-use projects. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients in the showroom and at project sites, presenting product options, preparing quotes, and supporting customers through the selection and ordering process. The Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, timely deliveries, and strong after-sales support. This role also involves identifying new business opportunities, attending industry events when needed, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product lines and design trends in multi-family housing. Qualifications Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills, ideally within building materials, flooring, or interior design. Knowledge of tile, flooring, and surface products, with the ability to explain features, benefits, and suitable applications to clients. Experience working with multi-family developers, contractors, designers, or similar stakeholders in construction or real estate. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail in quotes, orders, and documentation. Comfort using basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) to manage leads, track opportunities, and follow up with clients. Ability to work on-site in Surrey, BC, including occasional visits to project locations, and to manage part-time schedules reliably. Previous experience in sales, design consulting, or project coordination is an asset; post-secondary education in business, marketing, design, or a related field is beneficial.
