Customs Coordinator-Afternoon Shift

Our Kingsville Head Office location is currently seeking a Customs Coordinatorto join our team. The essential function of this position is preparation of customs documents and maintenance of our standing with Canada and US customs through our brokers, drivers, and employees.
Shifts: Monday to Friday 4pm to 1am and every other Saturday 3pm to 12am (with Fridays off)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare customs paperwork for all International Trade.
- Act as an advisor on all International shipments.
- Ensure NAFTA Certificates are complete.
- Represent Mastronardi Produce in all customs related issues.
- Ensure full compliance.
- Coordinate movement of cross border shipments (CA/US transfers).
Education/Background Requirements:
- College Diploma or equivalent customs experience required.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Be respectful and deal tactfully with customs, other employees and vendors.
- Effective communication, problem solving, attention to detail and Intermediate computer skills required.
Working Conditions:
- Typical office environment.
- Constant use of phone.
- Use of company computer to input information.
