Position Details:

Contract Position: Full-Time Hours
Season: April 13 - October 12, 2026
Primary Location: London Airport Auto Mall (Leavens Volkswagen, Leavens Mazda, Leavens Chrysler)

Pay Range:

$18 - $21 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and landscaping maintenance, including weeding gardens
• Maintain clean and attractive grounds at all dealership locations
• Complete building maintenance tasks as assigned
• Clean interior showroom and office windows
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain facility appearance
• Assist with seasonal preparation and property upkeep
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management
• Travel between Airport Auto Mall dealership locations as needed

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous landscaping and/or building maintenance experience preferred
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
