Service Coordinator
About the role
As a Dispatcher / Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role supporting dispatch lead and technicians by ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the service department.
Essential Functions
- Answer phones and manage e-mail requests.
- Create and schedule service requests and planned maintenances.
- Dispatch technicians and manage their schedules.
- Verify work order completion and review with technicians as needed.
- Review & address aging calls.
- Regularly go through websites to make sure calls are not sitting in the Pending /Acceptance Queue.
- Follow up on all scheduled activity for changes in technician routes and update accordingly.
- Maintain customer communication and updates through their website and/ through email.

- High school diploma or general education degree.
- HVAC/R industry knowledge or experience required.
Starting pay range is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year depending on experience level
