##Job Summary

Location: Centre Videotron, Quebec City

Now, if you were to come on board as anAssistant Controllerwe’d ask you to do the following for us:

• Be the primary contact for accounting aspects and contracts, including vendor setups, unit setups, revenue coordination, and ad hoc queries.
• Conduct monthly financial closes, including reconciliation of revenue and balance sheet accounts, variance analysis of actuals to budget, revenue accruals, deferred revenue amortization, and calculation of client-earned rebates.
• Participate in budget assistance and monthly forecasting.
• Manage accounts receivable collections for problematic accounts.
• Assist with external audit requests and key financial control requirements.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting/finance role – either in public accounting or similar industry.
• University/college education in business/accounting required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
• Self-motivated with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Thrive under pressure with multiple concurrent deadlines.
