##Job Summary
Location: Centre Videotron, Quebec City
Now, if you were to come on board as anAssistant Controllerwe’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Be the primary contact for accounting aspects and contracts, including vendor setups, unit setups, revenue coordination, and ad hoc queries.
- Conduct monthly financial closes, including reconciliation of revenue and balance sheet accounts, variance analysis of actuals to budget, revenue accruals, deferred revenue amortization, and calculation of client-earned rebates.
- Participate in budget assistance and monthly forecasting.
- Manage accounts receivable collections for problematic accounts.
- Assist with external audit requests and key financial control requirements.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting/finance role – either in public accounting or similar industry.
- University/college education in business/accounting required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Thrive under pressure with multiple concurrent deadlines.
