The Hill Levene School of Business (Faculty of Business Administration) at the University of Regina invites applications for an Instructor III (Tenure Track) in Marketing. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2026 and the teaching load for this position will be eight classes.
Teaching responsibilities will include both undergraduate and graduate courses at the introductory and senior levels, for example:
BUS 100: Introduction to Business
BUS 210: Introduction to Marketing;
BUS 317: Digital Marketing Strategy;
BUS 315: Marketing Analytics;
BUS 310: Strategic Marketing;
BUS 400: Strategic Management;
BUS 414: Promotional Marketing Strategy;
BUS 418: Applied Digital Marketing;
BUS 335AD: Project Management;
GBUS 840: Strategic Marketing;
GBUS 865: Project Management;
The successful candidate will be expected to actively contribute to the School’s ongoing efforts to achieve and subsequently maintain AACSB accreditation. This includes participating in assurance of learning (AoL) activities, engaging in curriculum development and review, supporting data collection and analysis for accreditation reporting, and collaborating with faculty and administration as part of a culture of continuous improvement.
The University of Regina is situated on Treaty 4 lands with a presence in Treaty 6. These are the territories of the nêhiyawak, Anihšināpēk, Dakota, Lakota, and Nakoda, and the homeland of the Métis/Michif Nation. The Faculty of Business Administration is comprised of two Schools. The undergraduate Paul J. Hill School of Business offers a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, a joint Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Sports and Recreation Studies and a Diploma in Business Administration. The Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business offers MBA, Executive MBA, Master of Human Resource Management, Master of Administration (Leadership), and Master of Science in Organizational Studies degrees. Both Schools offer a number of certificates.

Position Requirements
Areas of expertise: Marketing (preferred sub-specialties: digital marketing strategy, marketing analytics, promotional strategy, and applied digital marketing); Project Management; General Business Management
Preference for teaching in the areas of: Marketing (undergraduate, digital marketing, marketing analytics, strategic marketing) and (graduate Marketing courses; Project Management courses)); As well as Undergraduate Introduction to Business courses; Preference for evidence of use of case methodology in the classroom
Preference for credentials: CM (Chartered Marketer); PMP (Project Management Professional)
Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Instructor III Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Tenure-Track Work Hours
