Responsibilities

• Enter and update job, company, and operational information
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Identify duplicate, outdated, or incorrectly formatted data
• Perform routine data validation and quality checks
• Organize digital records according to established procedures
• Report recurring data issues to operations and technical teams
• Handle user and company information with care and confidentiality
• Meet agreed accuracy and productivity standards Qualification

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong typing, spelling, and data-entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and common productivity tools
• Ability to follow documented processes and work independently
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
