Job Title: IAM Campaign Manager/Analyst

Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented IAM Campaign Manager/Analyst to lead User Access Reviews (UAR) and identity governance initiatives using SailPoint. This role ensures compliance, mitigates risk, and drives process improvements through data-driven insights and collaboration across teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and execute User Access Reviews (UAR) in compliance with McKesson standards.
  • Use SailPoint to analyze access patterns, generate reports, and identify risk areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.
  • Perform data analysis using Excel, PowerShell, and SailPoint; present actionable insights to stakeholders and auditors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of UAR processes and findings.
  • Serve as point of contact for identity governance inquiries.
  • Manage multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in a large enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with identity governance tools (preferably SailPoint).
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and User Access Reviews.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience

Preferable Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, SOC, PCI, HIPAA, and HiTrust compliance.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and audit processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position $74,100 - $123,500
