About the Role
Provide exceptional customer service as the primary first point of contact for students. Provides circulation, intra- and inter-library loan, reserve and information services to users. Processes and circulates equipment (e.g., camcorders, circuit boards, laptops) and performs basic tests and minor maintenance to ensure proper functioning of equipment. Maintains Library stacks and serials. Trains, assigns and directs work of the student technicians. Creates and updates records, processes reserves and operates cash register. Responsible for the Library in the absence of the Head Librarian and Loans and Equipment Supervisor.
