Job Description Summary

Position Objective

The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator will perform shipping and receiving functions to ensure accurate, safe, and timely handling of all materials. This role is responsible for maintaining organized inventory, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring all products are properly stored, tracked, and prepared for distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately unload incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips
• Inspect all incoming products for damage or defects; document discrepancies and report issues to management
• Prepare and package equipment for outbound shipments, ensuring items are protected during transit
• Pick and fulfill parts orders, including Transfer and Sales Orders
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and identified with correct part numbers
• Store inventory using designated Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) locations
• Maintain clear and timely verbal communication regarding any process or operational concerns
• Perform routine cycle counts and support inventory control activities across warehouse locations
• Assist with product assembly as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper material handling and equipment operation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of material control or warehouse experience
• Hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of safe operating practices, including forklift and material handling equipment
• Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Base Pay Range

24.41 - 33.56
