We are looking for individuals that are passionate about hospitality, food, training and are people focused. This candidate not only understands the fundamentals of daily restaurant operations but also is a proven leader with training in their DNA. If this sounds like you, drop us line to chat.
What You Will Do In This Role
Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed. Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a "Benchmark Restaurant", and creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time Continue to develop and coach associates Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience Support and implement Standards and Controls Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles.
What We Are Looking For
Previous Front of House Management experience Possess the potential to effectively run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards Possess the "Hospitality Gene" by demonstrating the ability to create connections, a passion for People and service excellence Driven and focused Inspirational and motivational team player Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a busy fast paced environment
