Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Caretaker to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces
• Conduct routine facilities maintenance to address minor repairs and ensure equipment is in good working order
• Assist with commercial cleaning tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
• Monitor the condition of the premises, identifying areas requiring attention or repair
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Support other team members in maintaining a clean and organized environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and tools is advantageous
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
