As a Business Systems Analyst you will liaise between the various delivery teams and business stakeholders for ongoing Issues & Incidents analysis, documentation, and will recommend solutions for recurring operational problems and system failures. You will contribute to complex and diverse initiatives through formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a comprehensive understanding of the Guidewire Cloud InsuranceSuite applications and Automation
How you will create impact:

Incident Analysis & Resolution: Investigate and diagnose system incidents, and track them using a problem-tracking system to ensure performance metrics are met.

Solution Design & Documentation: Document requirements, design solutions that support functions, and create clear specifications for implementation.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate the problem resolution of high severity issues and maintain communication throughout the incident lifecycle.

Monitoring & Reporting: Track issues and incidents, prepare impact and risk analyses, and communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Guide the assessment of technical solutions and functional specifications, acting as an intermediary between the various stakeholders.

Perform data analysis, data modeling, mapping, and process flows to support system functionality, integrations, and conversations.

Employ a creative approach to problem solving, relationship management, and communication to drive effective results.

Demonstrate your knowledge of Agile principles and practices, through ceremonies, and requirement outputs (such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases).

Analyze Automation test failures and liaise with delivery teams on identified changes and/or defects

Ensure Automation scenarios are well-crafted and address both business and technical needs.

You have three years or more experience inBusiness Systems Analysis (project delivery) or Application/Production Support.

You have an understanding/experience of incident management, problem management and change management.

You have strong analysis skills to drive the problem-solving of automation issues as well as liaise with delivery teams on non-production issues reported by teams
-
You have excellent facilitation skills to interact with delivery teams on automation issues, or lead initiatives for non-production environments.

You have strong documentation skills with the ability to balance clarity with conciseness, in line with Agile principles.

You have excellent communication skills to send broadcast messages via email or Teams channels, catering to various audience levels with sensitivity.

Guidewire Cloud PolicyCenter knowledge is ideal. Valid Guidewire certification would be considered in absence of Guidewire experience.

System Analysis background to be able to understand and interact with others on technical issues.

Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium Power Automate, UiPath or Ansible is an asset.
