Draft proposed resolutions for non-complex technical issues using self-directed research and available tools, submitting these for manager review. Complete all work within allocated time frames and budgets, proactively flagging any issues that may affect timelines. Ensure system workflows are updated at every stage of the process. Seek and act on feedback, aiming to minimise technical review points on non complex accounts and continuously improve quality. Liaise with clients to secure timely receipt of information necessary for preparing complex accounts and provide support during client meetings when needed. Contribute to business development by engaging with company marketing activities (e.g. proposals, newsletters, LinkedIn posts) and identify potential cross-selling referral opportunities to discuss with relevant managers/teams.
