Must-Have Hard Skills: 8+ Years of Full Stack Experience Using Java Spring Boot & Angular Soft Skills: Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Required Self-Motivated, Well Organized, Able to Work Both Independently and In a Team Environment Attention To Detail and Someone Who Is a Self-Starter and Adaptable Nice-To-Have Azure Or Ai Certification Are an Asset Experience With Ai Based Development (Enterprise Level) Banking Or Financial Institution Experience MySQL Database Experience
