Contract: April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027 (240 business days, probable extension)

About The Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Specialist with proven leadership in manual testing and data reconciliation for large, complex business-critical systems undergoing high annual change rates. Our ideal candidate excels at developing comprehensive test plans/cases for systems with dynamic data, business rules, and images while specializing in AODA/WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility testing across complete 3-tier web platforms. They will provide strategic testing guidance, organize testing efforts across GUI/non-GUI environments, and execute functional/integration/regression/UAT with performance validation.

This onsite leadership role requires deep workflow/portfolio management expertise, hands-on experience testing IBM J-Rules Engine, custom/COTS implementations using Jira, Bugzilla, HP/Microfocus Product Suite, and excellent coordination across multiple teams under tight timelines with conflicting priorities.

Lead manual testing strategies, develop test plans, execute AODA testing for high-change complex systems.

• Test strategies for data/rules/images systems (high annual change).
• AODA testing (WCAG 2.0 AA) for complete 3-tier web platforms.
• IBM J-Rules Engine, Jira, Bugzilla, HP/Microfocus Product Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on testing strategy, tools, resources for complex systems.
• Plan/organize testing efforts (SIT, UAT, stress tests).
• Develop test plans/scripts/cases; execute against components.
• Defect tracking (JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps, ALM).

Position Details

• Location: 777 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario (5 days onsite per week)
• Hours: 7.25 hours per day
• Security Clearance: No Clearance Required
• Start Date: April 1, 2026
• End Date: March 31, 2027 (probable extension)
