Purpose:

This position works closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical specialists to

keep projects organized, on track, and transparent across all stakeholders. This role is ideal for a professional

eager to learn, support complex ERP and business system projects, and develop into a future Project

Manager or Scrum Master.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and task follow-ups across multiple technology and business teams.
  • Support ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) projects related to supply chain, pharmacy, finance, and operations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are well managed.
  • Maintain project artifacts including schedules, RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs, and meeting minutes using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
  • Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and communication summaries for the leadership team.
  • Coordinate testing cycles, user acceptance (UAT) sessions, and training logistics with business teams.
  • Track vendor deliverables, statements of work, and change requests.
  • Support continuous improvement within

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting or coordinating projects in a technology, retail, healthcare, or supply chain environment.

  • Exposure to ERP systems (such as SAP, Infor, Pronto Xi, Microsoft Dynamics, or Epicor) and understanding of system integration or data migration.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or MS Project).

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across IT, operations, and vendor teams.
