Job Description About the Role We are looking for a Web Producer to publish, update, and maintain engaging digital content across corporate websites and intranet platforms. This role focuses on web content production rather than web development and involves working closely with marketing, legal, human resources, product, and operations teams to deliver accurate, high-quality, and error-free communications. Key Responsibilities Publish and maintain engaging digital content across corporate websites. Use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support corporate websites, ensuring pages are mobile-friendly and accessible. Write and maintain HTML and CSS for intranet sites, ensuring content is accurate, high quality, and updated in a timely manner. Provide internal support and guidance to content creators, ensuring web best practices are followed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and plan web content projects. Ensure digital communications are accurate, consistent, and error-free. Maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across various business functions. Required Technical Skills Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Management Systems (CMS) and other web builders HTML5 CSS3 Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Workfront Must-Have Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in Customer, Client, or Production Services. Experience using CMS platforms and/or web builders. Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation. Strong attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on process improvement. Adaptability and willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery. Experience with email development. Experience with Salesforce. Work Environment Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to support digital content initiatives. Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple content updates and projects.
The expected base salary range for this position is $22 – $23 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
The Company offers a total rewards package in accordance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and requirements. Benefit eligibility and offerings vary based on role, employment status, and work location. For contractor positions, benefits are limited to those entitlements and protections required by applicable law, which may include (as applicable) vacation pay, public holidays, leaves of absence, and other legally mandated benefits or payments.
