Working Student – Archive (m/f/d), 20–40%, Zurich, available immediately or by arrangement
About the role
To support the organisation and management of our company archive in Zurich, we are looking for a working student to join our team on a part-time basis. The workload of approx. 20% is a guideline – there is plenty of work to do, so additional hours are very welcome. We are flexible regarding scheduling and can, for example, accommodate two half-days per week. The position is unlimited in duration.

Please note: This role involves focused, repetitive work that requires a high level of concentration and precision. It is ideal for someone who enjoys methodical tasks and finds satisfaction in creating order within large document collections. The position is on-site at our Zurich office, as the work involves handling physical archives.
What You Bring
Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences Fluent in English; good knowledge of German desirable Precise, conscientious and reliable working style High quality awareness and strong attention to detail Ability to stay focused during detailed, repetitive tasks Independent and responsible personality Good organisational skills and enjoyment of structured work Proficiency in common MS Office applications
Your Responsibilities
Organisation, administration and management of our company archive
Sorting, recording and filing of documents and files Digitisation and electronic storage of documents Re-entering and capturing archived dossiers in our system Maintenance and updating of archive inventories and directories Ensuring a clear and structured document filing system Support with administrative tasks related to archive management
