Duties and responsibilities are:
- Provide project management and controls support, including cost, schedule, metrics, and reporting.
- Assist PMs with planning, supervision, performance tracking, and process development.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Monitor progress against deliverables, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare project control deliverables, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Manage change orders, invoices, financial transactions, and cost-control files.
- Support procurement activities and ensure timely communication of project risks and status.
- Drive continuous improvement in schedule efficiency.
The ideal candidate will work out of the Regina office supporting the project, Monday to Friday.
Salary: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

5+ years of project controls, cost control, or project management support experience (utility, power, or energy sector preferred).

Strong knowledge of project management principles (scope, schedule, cost, change management, risk management).

Proficiency in project controls software and tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, SAP or similar ERP systems).

Experience with cost forecasting, variance analysis, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with Project Managers, teams, and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic project environment.

PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification (asset).

Experience working on utility or large industrial construction projects (asset).
