ON-SITE ONLY (remote not available) Hourly Rate of $18.71 Full-Time, Seasonal (November to March)
- Hours are 8-hour shifts from 6:45am to 11:15pm
- Weekend shifts required
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? At Your Service (AYS) Department is a central point of contact for the resort, responding to both guests and Associates as support by dispatching and communicating promptly and in a friendly manner to the relevant department or Associate. The AYS Representative is often the first person involved in responding to guests or associates. By following BMR’s standards and guest experience systems, the agent interacts with future and in-house guests through a centralized telephone service and chat/text messaging system.
- Answer back-to-back incoming guest and associate calls or simultaneous chat/text messages as require while inputting information into various systems.
- Record, dispatch, and provide information about dispatch, potential obstacles and requirements to various teams which may involve/engage maintenance, housekeeping, shuttles, grounds, security, Emergency Services (OPP, EMS, Fire Department), resort operations, IT or property management, and monitoring lodging cameras.
- Responds to guest and associate inquiries about resort operations and services, including trouble-shooting guest issues and concerns. Some follow-up with guests regarding task completion and problem resolution as required.
- Produces daily reports and communications for resort and coordinates shuttles and shuttle bookings with drivers and guests
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Strong computer skills/knowledge (previous experience using a computerized phone or security system an asset)
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Team oriented with a friendly, cheerful, and positive demeanor
- Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays; Shifts between 6:45am to 11:00pm.
