Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (35311)
About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to support the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise Dynamics 365 applications.
The successful consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver scalable CRM solutions within a Microsoft technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Analyze, design, and implement enhancements based on business requirements Customize Dynamics 365 applications using Microsoft development technologies Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations Develop integrations using Web API services Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, test plans, and solution documentation Identify opportunities to improve application performance, efficiency, and service delivery Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners Ensure development activities meet security, compliance, and audit requirements
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM (version 2016 or newer) Strong development experience with: C# JavaScript Microsoft .NET Framework Visual Studio Experience developing and consuming Web API services Experience working with Swagger Strong PowerShell scripting experience Experience with source control systems and advanced branching/merging practices: TFS SVN CVS or similar tools Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Additional Assets
Microsoft Azure cloud experience: Azure Front Door Azure API Management (APIM) Azure B2C Microsoft Power Platform experience: Power Apps Power Automate Experience supporting enterprise or regulated environments Microsoft Dynamics certifications Education
University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Additional Requirements
Candidate must reside in Canada Must meet eligibility requirements for Reliability Status clearance
