About the role
Overview:
We're looking for a Social Media Growth Operator who drives measurable results through organic content and paid ads. You've built audiences from zero, created high-performing short-form videos, and know how to scale with ad spend across Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic + Paid Growth
- Grow new accounts from the ground up using both organic virality and strategic ad spend
- Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Run weekly creative tests to identify winning hooks and visuals
- Manage ad budgets and track ROI across campaigns
Content Production
- Plan, produce, and edit original short-form video content from concept to final cut
- Write compelling ad copy and captions that drive engagement and conversions
- Stay ahead of trends and adapt them to our brand voice
Community & Analysis
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Analyze performance data and scale what works
Required Experience:
- Proven history of growing social channels through both organic and paid content
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms
- Comfortable filming yourself or directing short clips with creators
- Portfolio of campaigns you can walk us through—what worked and why
Demonstrable Skills:
- Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Comfort with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong ad copywriting skills
Mindset and Approach:
- Operates like a solo creator—fast cycles, measurable output, and constant iteration. Data-driven decision maker who balances art and science.
