Job Description
The Workplace Experience Ambassador enhances the employee and visitor experience by managing front-of-the-house operations, ensuring spaces are well-maintained and functional, assisting with event setup, and acting as a helpful point of contact for facilities, technology, and operations support. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, overseeing Eastern region help desk operations, coordinating meeting rooms and supplies, troubleshooting minor facility or IT issues, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient work environment.
Job Responsibilities

Use a high level of service excellence to manage reception area, greet employees and visitors, and direct inquiries

Oversee mail and package delivery

Be a resource for employees and guests by remaining knowledgeable about local information, points of interest, travel updates, and special services

Conduct regular inspections of common areas, breakrooms, and meeting spaces proactively looking for items needing cleaning and and/or repair

Oversees daily help desk operations for the Eastern regions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical support requests.

Monitor call volumes, service levels, & team performance to maintain high customer satisfaction. Coordinates with leaders to identify trends, implement process improvements, and support continuous service excellence.

Assist in scheduling, planning, and executing meetings, events, activities, and provide physical setup and tear down of furniture and equipment; dusting, vacuuming, trash, glass cleaning, etc. may be required

Inventory and replenish office supplies, ensure office equipment is functional
-
Provide first-line support for common IT issues in collaborative spaces; assist with audio-visual equipment

Assist Aramark and Client management team with office and clerical duties; research answers, maintain electronic databases and other systems; generate reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets

Assist in badge creation for employees, vendors, and visitors

Assist with basic accounting functions

Support and use PO and/or WO systems; organize tickets, problem-solve

Contact external vendors for maintenance and repairs

Perform very light facilities work such as replacing lightbulbs, ceiling tiles, furniture assembly; under the direction of an expert, you may be asked to check a meter, filter, confirm a leak, etc.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and people skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and guests; English is required
- 2-3 years previous reception, concierge, hospitality experience; supporting with a high degree of integrity
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and cheerful outlook required; ability to work independently to identify and resolve issues
- Proficient with MS Office, strong keyboarding, Excel including design and formula input, and PowerPoint; basic troubleshooting experience for office and A/V equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and represent professionally
- Must be physically able to sit, stand, reach, twist, turn, bend, and lift up to 25#; Ability to perform frequent repetitive motion with hands and/or arms
