We’re looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Specialist to support product development, labeling, and compliance across our growing portfolio. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in bringing innovative health products to market while ensuring regulatory excellence.

Monday–Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Hybrid
$65,500–$82,000 per year
In this role, you will:
Develop and review product labels, including supplement facts boxes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Assess existing labels, formulations, and claims, providing risk analysis and recommended updates or alternative content. Compile regulatory and scientific dossiers to support product licensing, including analysis of safety and efficacy data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide new product development and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle. Liaise with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders while tracking submissions, approvals, and compliance documentation.
You have:
A bachelor’s degree in Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biology, Food Science or related field). 3–4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, including at least 2 years in dietary supplements. Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment (e.g., supplements, food, pharma, or medical devices). Strong knowledge of regulations related to labeling, claims, and product compliance. Proven ability to analyze technical documents and conduct scientific research using credible sources.
