Description

Build the future with us

Are you passionate about understanding human dynamics through data, and able to transform complex insights into concrete decision-making levers? We are looking for a leader who combines analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and strong influence skills to advance people intelligence at the core of our organization.

As Director, People Intelligence and AI Innovation, you will embody leading-edge expertise in talent analytics — a profile that is both strategic and analytical, capable of reading beyond the data to uncover trends, anticipate workforce challenges, and guide business decisions. Without necessarily coming from a purely mathematical background, you bring a strong command of statistical and analytical approaches, which you leverage to deliver a clear, credible, and compelling vision.

In a context of transformation within the Talent and Culture function, you will play a key role in evolving an integrated people intelligence function, moving from a descriptive perspective to a predictive and prescriptive approach, powered by advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and structured employee listening. Through your leadership, charisma, and influence, you will directly contribute to supporting executive decision-making, anticipating workforce-related risks, and strengthening the strategic role of the HR function within the organization.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Director, People Intelligence and AI Innovation, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the strategic vision for people intelligence, in alignment with the Talent and Culture strategy, corporate priorities, and the AI@iA initiative.
  • Position the team as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders by delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee descriptive analytics and governance, ensuring the quality, consistency, and traceability of HR data, as well as the production of executive dashboards and performance indicators.
  • Develop and grow advanced and predictive analytics capabilities, identifying high-value use cases and integrating artificial intelligence in a rigorous, ethical, and explainable way.
  • Establish an integrated Voice of the Employee strategy, transforming feedback data into actionable insights and supporting stakeholders in their interpretation.
  • Provide a strategic view of the workforce and organizational culture by anticipating risks and opportunities and supporting decision-making at all levels.
  • Ensure effective governance and close collaboration with HRIS, data, IT, and AI innovation teams to enable the integration of analytical and technological practices.
  • Lead, develop, and grow the team by fostering high standards of quality and rigor, as well as a culture of continuous learning and impact.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their expertise in advanced HR analytics, business intelligence, and data governance, ensuring the reliability and value of insights produced.
  • Stands out for their ability to develop predictive analytics approaches and integrate AI in a relevant and responsible way within an HR context.
  • Demonstrates strong strategic thinking and business acumen, enabling them to influence decision-making at the executive level.
  • Is recognized for their ability to lead, build, and develop high-performing teams and evolving practices.
  • Is known for their strong communication skills and executive influence, effectively translating data into actionable insights for leaders.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, rigor, and professional ethics, particularly in the use of data and analytical models.
  • Is comfortable navigating ambiguity and transformation, operating at the intersection of data, technology, HR, and business decisions.
  • Has significant experience in HR analytics, advanced analytics, data, or transformation, and established credibility with senior leadership.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency required, as the role involves daily verbal and written interactions with North American partners and stakeholders. This level is also required as most training, documentation, and resources in this field are primarily in English.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence.
  • A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed.
