The Opportunity
We’re looking for an IT Manager who’s as passionate about people as they are about technology. This role isn’t just about systems and tools - it’s about enabling our team to do their best work, solving problems together, and creating a seamless, connected workplace.

What You’ll Do
- Drive IT strategy & infrastructure -lead networking, cloud, virtualization, and endpoint management.
- Own cutting-edge tools - implement and manage MDM across Windows + macOS.
- Run mission-critical systems - AWS (cloud), Proxmox (virtualization), Synology NAS (storage), pfSense (firewalls/routing).
- Be hands-on, support hardware, servers, and software across the organization, support Linux systems powering development and operations.
- Champion cybersecurity - safeguard data, manage access, and stay ahead of threats.
- Collaborate cross-team - partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align IT with business goals.
- Lead vendors & procurement - oversee software licensing and tech partnerships.

What You Bring
- Proactive ownership - you take charge, make fast decisions, and learn quickly in a high-growth environment.
- Problem-solver mindset - excellent at troubleshooting, documenting, and communicating solutions clearly.
- Proven experience - 5+ years in IT management or senior IT roles, ideally in fast-paced or manufacturing environments.
- Technical depth - strong background across Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity.
- Hands-on expertise - experience with platforms like AWS, Proxmox, Synology NAS, pfSense, and MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, or similar).
- Extra edge - certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, Linux+) and/or experience in robotics, agtech, or industrial systems.
