About the role

Reports to: Customer Success Team Manager

Location: Fredericton, NB preferred. Remote applicants in Canada will be considered, and remote employees will travel to Beauceron’s office during onboarding and as needed.

The Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for our clients. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals, maximize the value of our platform, and continue to grow with us. This role blends relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational execution to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

What you’ll do:

  • Customer Retention: Maintain revenue within existing accounts through renewals.
  • Revenue Expansion: Identify growth opportunities to proactively drive account expansions by upselling add-ons, and package expansions.
  • Client Engagement & Program Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of SMB accounts, conducting regular client meetings to review program performance, share insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain an accurate forecast and pipeline of active opportunities, track progress toward targets and keep meticulous communication records in HubSpot.
  • References: Identify and nurture Beauceron advocates for case studies, reviews, and testimonials.
  • Customer Health: Contribute to strategies that improve customer health and engagement.
  • Customer Training: Provide training sessions for new administrators and upskill clients on new platform capabilities.
  • Escalation Support: Assist in managing customer escalations and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with the Support team.
  • Adoption: Drive user adoption of new features and functionality.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with security awareness teams, IT Managers, CISOs, and other key stakeholders. Understand their goals and challenges to better align Beauceron’s solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Deliver customer feedback to internal teams and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Development, and Support to enhance the customer experience.

What You Bring:

  • Relevant Experience: 2–5 years in Customer Success or Sales/Business Development, preferably within a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: You understand the importance of achieving sales targets and are motivated to meet and exceed them through strategic account management and upselling.
  • Exceptional Organization: You can juggle multiple accounts and priorities with ease, thanks to your strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Security Awareness Enthusiasm: You’re eager to learn and teach best practices in security awareness, and you stay informed on the latest cybersecurity trends and news.
  • Responsiveness & Reliability: You’re thorough, responsive, and committed to delivering a high-quality experience for every customer.
  • Detail Orientation: You notice the small things that make a big difference—whether it’s in a report, a conversation, or a customer interaction.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation, across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conflict Resolution Skills: You’ve handled customer escalations and know how to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in French and English is an asset. The ability to speak and write in French is especially valuable in supporting our diverse customer base.
