What's the opportunity?
We are currently seeking experienced and trainable snow operations candidates to fill several positions within our organization. If you like working outdoors and aren’t afraid of a little cold weather and a lot of hard work, this is the position for you! The reality is that it won’t always be easy; with long hours and undesirable weather conditions, the snow season can be tough. Join a a fun, energetic, and innovative team culture and environment.
Pay: Range $24.00 – 40.00 per hour. (Weekly Guaranteed Amount / Weekly Standby Pay Available)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as:
- • Front-end loader
- Skid steers / Sidewalk tractor with salt spreader
- Snowplows and salt spreader
- Clear snow from designated areas efficiently and safely.
- Apply salt to prevent ice buildup.
- Inspect and maintain equipment before and after each shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Communicate with dispatch and team leads for route updates.
- Respond promptly to snow and ice events, including overnight and weekend shifts as needed.
This role requires a 24/7 on-call commitment to respond promptly to snow and ice events, as well as regular availability between storms to perform site inspections, refill salt bins, clean and grease equipment, and complete other assigned tasks. The position involves working both independently and as part of a team under the direct supervision of Site Supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the job including bending, lifting, utilizing hand tools, and working in various weather conditions
- Having a safety-first mindset and minding the safety of yourself, co-workers, and the public.
- Previous experience with Forklift, Loader, Excavator, or other Heavy Equipment is an requires
- Work well within a team environment.
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Punctual and Reliable.
- A valid 'G' driver's license in good standing (driver's abstract required).
