Junior IT Support Analyst
We're looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our IT team and provide exceptional technical support to employees across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of help desk or technical support experience who is eager to grow their career in a Microsoft-focused environment.
In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage user accounts, provision equipment, and support Microsoft technologies including Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Intune, and Teams. You'll work closely with colleagues to resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service.
What You'll Bring: 1–3 years of experience in a IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role. Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management is an asset. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2–3 days per week onsite in either our Calgary or Toronto office, with the remaining days working remotely.
