About the role
Progressive Ford is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and attention to detail to help keep our dealership presentable.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and direct customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Provide basic information to customers and connect them with the right department.
- Assist with light administrative duties such as filing, scanning, or data entry.
- Maintain a tidy, professional front-desk and showroom environment, including light housekeeping (wiping counters, tidying brochures, keeping common areas neat and welcoming).
- Support the dealership team with daily front-desk operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, courteous, and dependable.
- Organized with attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and presentable.
- Basic computer skills and ability to handle multi-line phone systems.
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is an asset but not required.
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with shifts scheduled within the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
