Uniboard is looking for an SAP functional analyst at our head office.

Your day to day :

The SAP functional analyst acts as a technical expert for SAP S/4 Hana SD and MM modules, in

accordance with best practices as well as established standards, guidelines and policies.

Advise users, oversee activities related to their area of expertise. Support the development,

maintenance and evolution of the S/4 Hana modules SD/MM. This position represents an excellent

• Responsible of the configuration, maintenance and support of the SD/MM modules ensuring proper functioning of SAP
• Analyzes needs and conducts research
• Formulates recommendations on optimal and innovative solutions using SAP best practices guidelines
• Conduct feasibility studies related to their area of expertise
• Participates in the implementation of products or solutions within their area of expertise
• Ensures the maintenance, development, implementation, and configuration of SD/MM under the supervision of the department’s standards and methodologies
• Defines, updates, or improves processes and procedures related to SD/MM sector and ensures their optimal application
• Provides support level 1-2-3 on issues / requests related to their area of expertise
• Keeps up to date with the latest advances and trends related to his/her field of activity and SAP products
• Write functional specifications and documentation for implemented solutions; execute integrated tests and coordinate acceptance tests
• Provide support to SD module users in project and operational mode
• Maintain close and excellent relationships with the business areas as well as our internal and external delivery partners
• In-depth knowledge of the SD module and business processes for a manufacturing company

The essentials :

• Hold a bachelor's degree (BAC) or a college diploma (DEC) in computer science or another relevant specialization
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with SAP SD/MM or PP with one full-cycle implementation of SAP
• Hold a SAP Associate certification, or any equivalent certification is an asset
• Knowledge of Fiori development/programming components, tools and methods is an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (ex : PP, FICO, SAC, Opentext ) is an asset
• Troubleshoot technical issues (debug) is an asset
