The role of Manager, Executive Sourcing takes on the full responsibility of conducting and executing Partner and Director recruitment assignments as required by KPMG Canada’s leadership team. The key functions of the role include market research and candidate identification, the direct approach of executive candidates, detailed interviews and interview reports, executive candidate management, as well as engaging with senior stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
What you will do:
- Research and Identification of executive level candidates by performing comprehensive talent mapping of key competitors across all service lines offered by KPMG Canada, in all Canadian geographies as well as internationally.
- Active Candidate Engagement including direct approaches of executive candidates, conducting thorough interviews, creating detailed executive candidate reports, and maintaining communication with candidates.
- Senior Stakeholder Management including strategic recruitment meetings, executive candidate presentations, delivery of market research and competitor intelligence, recruitment advisory and ongoing communication with leadership.
- CRM and ATS Database Management including updating executive candidate files, generating management reports and ensuring accuracy of firm data and compliance.
- Involvement in the Direct Admit Partner (DAP) process, including offer presentation, 360 reference verification, and reviews of High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) and Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) testing.
- Networking with executive candidates, including maintaining long term candidate relationships and approaching opportunistic executive candidates.
What you bring to this role:
- 6+ years of experience in recruiting within a large corporate environment or recruitment firm.
- Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting senior and executive-level candidates, including proactively engaging passive talent.
- Experience performing comprehensive talent mapping in multiple Canadian geographies as well as internationally.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, partnering with C-suite leaders on high-level hiring initiatives and providing strategic recruitment advisory.
- Expertise with managing and updating CRM and ATS systems (experience with Lever is an asset).
- Experience conducting extensive 360-degree references and producing detailed reference reports.
- Advanced proficiency using LinkedIn as a research and sourcing platform, with experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Prior experience hiring for roles in advisory, consulting, and/or executive search is strongly preferred.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
