We are currently seeking aPart-Time Physiotherapistor Occupational Therapist to join our team atSidney Care Home, located inbeautiful Sidney, B.C.

###The Opportunity: Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist (Part-time) to start end of August 2025

**Schedule:**Part-Time –21 hours per week

As our Physiotherapist, you’ll assess and treat residents with a variety of physical needs, promoting mobility, independence, and overall well-being. You’ll also help enhance residents' quality of life through education, programming, and compassionate, person-centered care.

###What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conductingmobility, gait, and transfer assessments
• Providingpain managementstrategies
• Leadingpost-fall assessmentsand care planning
• Developing and implementingexercise programs
• Supervising and supportingRehabilitation Assistants
• Initiating and maintainingwalking programs
• Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care outcomes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, and able to uphold the dignity of residents
