This role will lead the design and execution of insurance-focused product solutions that leverage connected operations and AI-driven insights. You will translate safety and operational data into actionable insurance workflows, enabling carriers, brokers, and customers to improve risk management, claims handling, and underwriting efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in insurtech, strong product management skills, and the ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with insurers, brokers, and internal teams to build scalable, data-driven insurance products that enhance commercial outcomes and drive industry impact. This is a high-impact position for a product leader passionate about combining technology, data, and customer experience in the insurance space.
Accountabilities:
· Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of insurance and risk-focused product solutions, including data services and APIs.
· Integrate deeply with insurer and broker systems to define reference integrations and accelerators across policy, billing, and claims platforms.
· Shape packaged insurance workflows (risk insights, claims acceleration, underwriting data services) that can be operationalized at scale.
· Build strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and customers to inform product direction and ensure adoption.
· Define clear success metrics and drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Partnerships, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success.
· Champion cultural values and act as a role model within the organization.
Requirements
· 5–7 years of product management experience with hands-on exposure to insurtech, commercial auto insurance, or related areas.
· Proven experience shipping data-driven products, APIs, dashboards, or integrations that produced measurable business results.
· Familiarity with P&C insurance core systems, policy, billing, and claims processes.
· Strong technical understanding of data models, evaluation, privacy, and partner interoperability.
· Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams.
· Experience building scalable workflows or analytics solutions leveraging operational data for insurers or brokers.
· Ability to translate complex operational insights into actionable insurance product features.
