Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Class 3A Propane Driver on a permanent basis on Vancouver Island, BC offering $26.31 - $35.50 per hour, depending on experience

This position is a part-time role, with opportunity to work up to full time hours during the busy winter months.
What you’ll do:
- Present a positive image in customer service while making propane deliveries to various local customers.
- Conduct daily pre-and post-trip inspections, track hours, and report issues using an electronic log system.
- Maintain company vehicles, ensuring preventative maintenance is carried out and minor repairs are conducted. Perform work with a high standard of safety in all operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations.
Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will work with other drivers and service technicians and will report to the Propane Operations Supervisor. The team strives to cultivate a culture of customer service, safety, and work life balance.
The Customers: You will deliver propane to customers in agricultural, commercial, and domestic markets while displaying a high-level of customer-focus, professionalism, and care.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in hauling and deliveries and:
- Have 1+ years of professional driving experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have a Class 3A or Class 1A [KK2] license.
- Have or willing to obtain a crane truck certification.
- Are a self-starter who works well independently with strong organizational skills and time management.
- Are familiar with computers and/or electronic log systems.
- Are comfortable with physically demanding work such as pulling heavy hose and other equipment with a minimum weight of 50lbs.
- Are comfortable undergoing a pre-employment alcohol and substance test to qualify for safety-sensitive work.
This opportunity is a Propane Driver non-management/non-union position offering $26.31 – $35.50 per hour.
