Position #: 129394 Expected Start Date: June 05, 2026 Union: SEIU Facility: Herbert & District Integrated Health Facility City/Town: Herbert Department: Integrated Nursing Unit Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: September 01, 2026 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: Per 12 weeks:- 3 shifts of 8 hours- 36 shifts of 11.78 hoursRelief: No Float: NoHours of work: Extended Shift Hours (8 and 11.78 hours) Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
