About the role
Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Partnerships & Ticketing, the Account Manager, Corporate Partnerships is responsible for the day-to-day management, activation, and fulfillment of corporate partnership accounts. This individual ensures the complete delivery of OSEG’s contractual commitments, develops impactful marketing activations, and builds long-lasting relationships with partners across OSEG’s business entities: TD Place, Ottawa REDBLACKS, and Ottawa 67’s.
This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary range of $50,800 to $60,900, with 100% employer-paid benefits. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications. This is a replacement position and offers flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a portfolio of 30+ national and regional client accounts, ensuring delivery of all contractual commitments while providing consistent day-to-day client support.
- Execute partner activations including promotions, game-day activities, community programs, media assets, hospitality, and ticketing requirements, while developing detailed recap reports.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to support partnership renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Analyze activation performance, draw strategic conclusions, and present recommendations through detailed post-season reporting.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Events, Digital, Analytics, Communications, Ticketing) to deliver seamless activation and fulfillment.
- Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to manage partner programs such as signage, events, promotional trips, merchandise, and player appearances.
- Manage partnership-related expenses, including hard costs, contra, and credit usage, ensuring adherence to budgetary parameters.
- Support the overall Corporate Partnerships team and contribute to OSEG’s fast-paced, dynamic environment through additional duties as required.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
What’s needed:
- Completion of a post-secondary degree in marketing, business, sports administration, or a related discipline.
- 4–5 years of experience in partnership servicing or account management, ideally within sports, entertainment, or an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of sports and entertainment industry practices, sponsorship activation, and partnership valuation.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including listening and presentation abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a motorized vehicle; ability to travel as required.
- Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset.
