Founding Commercial Partner — Growth & Partnerships

Vancouver, BC · Part-time contract · Hybrid preferred · Equity pathway + success-based compensation

About Noetfield

Noetfield Systems Inc. is a Vancouver-based AI-native systems company and product studio building governed AI execution systems, custom AI Motors, and specialized workflows. Our work focuses on the point where AI must do more than generate an answer. We build systems that can operate within defined authority, apply policy, verify outcomes, handle exceptions, escalate when required, and produce evidence of what occurred.

The commercial mandate currently spans

Noetfield.com — corporate, institutional, pilot, ecosystem, and strategic-partnership development SourceA.app — a live product surface for professional governed execution, with commercialization and formal case-study development ahead TrustField.ca — a separate venture in formation for which operating, ecosystem, and strategic-partner relationships are being explored We are now looking for a hands-on Founding Commercial Partner who can help turn working systems and credible technical proof into customer conversations, paid pilots, partnerships, and repeatable commercial processes.

The role

This is a founding-stage commercial role for someone who wants to build—not inherit—the growth and partnership function. You will work directly with the founder to develop Noetfield’s commercial presence across the Canadian startup, technology, fintech, institutional, and innovation ecosystems. The role combines business development, partnership formation, commercialization, structured outreach, and consultative sales. It is not an advisory-only position.

What you will own

Develop and execute the commercial outreach strategy for Noetfield Systems and SourceA Identify and engage qualified pilot customers, institutional prospects, strategic partners, and ecosystem organizations Build relationships with incubators, accelerators, innovation programs, financial institutions, and relevant Canadian technology networks Open conversations with potential operating and strategic partners for TrustField Run discovery meetings and translate complex technical capabilities into clear operational and commercial value Help shape pilot scopes, written proposals, commercial terms, and next-step plans Manage opportunities from initial contact through follow-up, proposal, negotiation, and close Maintain a disciplined pipeline with clear ownership, status, next action, and attribution Represent Noetfield professionally in meetings, events, introductions, and ecosystem conversations Bring market feedback into positioning, packaging, partnership strategy, and commercial priorities Help establish repeatable sales and partnership processes as the company grows

What success could look like in the first 90 days

A focused pipeline of qualified organizations, partners, and pilot opportunities Consistent outreach and follow-up across Vancouver and the broader Canadian ecosystem Meetings with relevant incubators, advisors, institutional contacts, and prospective customers Clear commercial proposals for the most promising opportunities The first paid pilot, customer engagement, or material strategic partnership A practical commercialization playbook that can be repeated and improved

You may be a strong fit if you

Have experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, commercialization, or startup growth Can communicate complex AI, governance, workflow, or infrastructure concepts to non-technical decision-makers Have experience building trust with founders, executives, institutional stakeholders, or professional buyers Understand consultative sales and can move from discovery to a concrete commercial next step Are comfortable creating processes, outreach lists, proposals, and partnership pathways from the ground up Know Vancouver’s technology, fintech, startup, investment, or institutional ecosystem Work independently, communicate clearly, and follow through without extensive supervision Prefer measurable execution over advisory titles or high-level strategy alone Can represent an early-stage company with credibility, discretion, and sound judgment Experience in enterprise technology, AI, fintech, professional services, regulated industries, procurement, or institutional partnerships is an advantage. A specific degree is not required. Relevant experience, judgment, communication, relationships, and execution matter more.

Compensation

This is not currently a fixed-salary position.

The initial compensation structure will include

Success-based commission on qualifying collected customer and pilot revenue A potential vesting equity or options pathway after a successful initial working period The opportunity to grow into a broader Operating Partner or commercial leadership role as revenue, funding, and responsibilities expand Before work begins, we will document: Commission percentages Deal-attribution rules Payment timing Eligible revenue Equity or option milestones Vesting terms Responsibilities and decision rights Review points for expanding the role No equity is granted automatically, and no commission is earned on unpaid, refunded, or unqualified opportunities.

To apply

Please send: A short introduction One or two examples of customers, partnerships, pilots, or commercial opportunities you helped create Your connection to Vancouver’s business, technology, fintech, institutional, or startup ecosystem How you would approach the first 30 days Your current availability Whether you are comfortable beginning with a success-based contract and a milestone-based equity pathway This role is for someone who wants to help build the commercial side of an ambitious early-stage systems company—not someone looking only for an advisory title.
