Supervisor, Member Fulfillment Centre (PCC)
About the role
We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Member Fulfillment Centre to join our team.
The Supervisor, Member Fulfillment Centre is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned team within the member fulfillment centre. This position is responsible for supervision, training, motivation and guidance of direct reports to ensure a premium level of customer service is provided to both internal and external customers and high levels of productivity and quality of work exist within the department.
Here’s what would be included as a part of your typical day

Leadership: Provides leadership to direct reports including performance management, regular coaching, training, goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback to reinforce positive behaviors or identify and correct issues. Enhances and strengthens department communication through regular staff meetings, group discussions, individual exchanges, in-branch training sessions and presentations. Assists in recruitment for the department, participate in the interview and selection process and provide recommendations on hiring decisions.

Process Management: Supervises assigned team within the member fulfillment centre and ensures employees are properly trained on all required systems and up-to-date and/or trained on policies and procedures, including compliance and anti-money laundering legislation. Maintains established procedures with respect to confidentiality, negotiable items, equipment and surroundings to meet safety, legal and procedural requirements.

Operations: Implements and maintains streamlined processes, systems, and controls to enable efficient transaction processing, optimize service delivery, and mitigate risk within the established quality and service standards. Communicates and manages implementation of required changes within the department ensuring staff fully understand and are aligned with changes required. Completes required administrative tasks and act as backup to department staff when required. Completes or participates in special projects and/or assignments, as required.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Lean or Six Sigma preferred
- 3 years of related experience required
- 1 year previous supervisory experience preferred
- Proven ability to motivate others and work well in a team environment
- Proven effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient with computer software applications e.g. MS Office
- Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by being able to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures.
