Role Overview: This contractor role focuses on administering and optimizing public-facing AI/technology programs for a global platform. The Public Administrator will manage policy compliance, user support escalations, and program documentation to ensure smooth operations and adherence to platform standards. This work contributes to maintaining trust and accessibility in AI-driven services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve public-facing AI program submissions for policy compliance and operational readiness.
- Investigate and resolve escalated user issues related to AI tool deployments and platform policies.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of public program requirements, approval workflows, and policy changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine application review processes and reduce resolution times.
- Monitor platform metrics to identify policy gaps or recurring compliance challenges and propose improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with AI/technology policy frameworks, compliance checks, or regulatory review processes.
- Familiarity with platform administration tools, workflow systems, or public-facing program management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret policy documents, user feedback, and platform data.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with clear communication of findings and decisions.
