Reporting to the Operations Manager and/or General Manager, this role oversees daily operations to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting customer requirements and service level agreements. The Supervisor provides leadership, coaching, and performance support to associates, promotes continuous improvement, and serves as a key liaison between operations, customers, and site stakeholders.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3–6 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or data center environments. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure production schedules, customer requirements, and service level agreements are achieved. Oversee inventory cycle counts, replenishment activities, material movements, and return processing to maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight while ensuring quality and process compliance. Ensure all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed to protect personnel, equipment, and property. Provide coaching, guidance, and technical support to associates while assisting with daily operational activities as required. Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend or implement procedural changes that enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Support employee training, cross-training, onboarding, and performance development. Utilize multiple internal systems, dashboards, and warehouse management tools to monitor operational performance and ensure process accuracy. Collaborate with customers, operations leadership, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve service delivery, and support operational objectives. Escalate operational, inventory, or customer issues as needed and assist in developing corrective action plans.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize workloads and lead effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Experience monitoring operational metrics and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, Microsoft Office, and operational dashboards. Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling processes, inventory control, and data center or logistics environments. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

Performance Expectations

Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant daily operations while maintaining a strong safety culture. Meet customer requirements, operational objectives, and service level agreements. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through effective communication and performance management. Maintain inventory accuracy, operational quality, and process compliance. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Foster collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across the site. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
