The Opportunity
As a Market Growth Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding Polaron’s reach by connecting with homeowners, introducing the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling consultations with our Solar Specialists. Your work directly fuels the growth of clean energy adoption across Canada.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively connect with homeowners to generate interest in solar solutions
- Qualify leads and schedule virtual or in-home consultations
- Assess the solar potential of residential properties
- Nurture relationships through consistent follow-up and community engagement
- Represent Polaron with professionalism, credibility, and enthusiasm
Who You Are
You’re a goal-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainability. You thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment and are motivated by making a measurable impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Interest in renewable energy and environmental solutions
- CRM experience is an asset
- Multilingual and/or mobile within your region is preferred
